When are Keywords given?  Keywords are announced on-air in the 7am, 11am, 4pm and 8pm hours.  No Keywords are announced on weekends, and may be pre-empted at any time due to specialty programming.  When a Keyword is pre-empted, it will not be "made good" at another time. 

How do I claim my prize?  Every member that wins an Auction prize, Slot Prize, Raffle Prize or makes purchase from the Store, will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your prize.  You must bring a copy of the email that you receive along with a picture ID to the Business Office.  The office is open from 9:00 am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. We are located at 919 Ellegood St., Salisbury, MD. 

Can I send someone else to pick up my prize?:  No.  The rules state that each member must pick up their own prizes.

Can my prize be mailed?:  It depends on the size of the prize and the value of the prize.  Certificates, CD's and such can be mailed, with the understanding that if it gets lost in the mail Cat Country will not replace the prize. Unless otherwise stated, you must contact the business office if you would like your prize mailed.

How long do I have to enter KEYWORDS?:  Each key word is available until Midnight the following day from which it was announced.

Who do I contact with problems with the Rewards Program:  Please use the the Contact Us  link on the Rewards Web Site.  Please allow sufficient time for us to reply. Emails are answered during business hours Monday thru Friday. Do not use the link on the regular Cat Country Web Site.  If you would like a response to your email, please make sure that you don't have us blocked.  We have had several emails returned because the individual has us blocked.

I signed up again, where is my card?:  Only new members receive a new card.  Any one that was already a member, and signed up again will not get a new card. Your existing card number has been moved to your new account and the old account has been deleted.
